It’s not unusual for a republican to get a celebrity endorsement from Las Vegas legend Wayne Newton. He has previously expressed support for Carly Fiorina, Ben Carson and Marco Rubio. Newton remarked that Trump tells the truth, and he also referred to Barack Obama as “the worst president ever.” Mr. Newton’s first name is actually Carson, so no wonder he likes Ben and Fiorina :). Newton is best known for his singing/entertaining performances in the strip, and has been dubbed The Midnight Idol.
