OK, Lads and Lasses. It’s February 2017, and you know what that means… All of you have already quit your “get back into shape” New Year’s resolutions. It’s okay, no worries. You can continue resting lazily and easily, knowing that at least you’re not making a fool of yourself at the gym like these magnificently driven (and confused) humans. Or, if there are those of you who are still wanting to exercise, you can just use this as a guide for what NOT to do. So here’s to second chances and mistakes made by other people, not you!
